I’m living in increments today.
Wake up: lie in bed for an hour. Shower: sit with towel on head for two hours. Do hair: wait an hour and a half to do makeup. Make coffee: drink it after it goes cold. Take pills: feel them go down half an hour later. Paint nails: keep hands still long after polish dries. Open iTunes: sit in silence.

They might bring you eggs in bed at three in the morning. Or they might wake you up for sex at three in the morning. Or make love at four in the afternoon. They might not sleep at all.
